SquatTrack builds a share card for every workout automatically — there's no separate design step. If you trained using the camera-based pose mode, the app also saves a workout recording you can preview and send.
Steps and screenshots verified against app version: 2023.2.5
1Finish a workout to generate the share card
No setup needed beforehand — completing any squat set (sensor or camera mode) is what triggers the card. The app labels the preview screen "[app name] share card preview", built from that session's numbers.
2Preview, save, or share it from Settings
If you trained in the camera-based pose mode, the app is explicit about where the result lands: "The workout recording is ready in Settings, where you can preview, save, or share it." Tap "Share" to open the standard iOS share sheet — send it wherever you'd send any photo or video.
3Know that only the latest recording is kept
The app is specific here: "The latest workout recording can be previewed, saved, or shared" — singular. If you want to keep one, save or share it before your next camera-mode session overwrites it; before any recording exists, Settings shows "No workout recording yet".
Share cards and recordings are a nice-to-have on top of what actually persists: your workout history and stats, which sync to iCloud automatically in the background. The app is upfront that background sync isn't instant — check the "last backup time" shown in settings if you want to confirm a session made it to the cloud.
