The front camera is used only to recognize sit-up motion and increment the rep count. Recognition runs on your device. SitUp does not record video, does not save camera frames, and does not upload them.

Motion sensors count reps
When you count with sensors instead of the camera, SitUp reads on-device motion data to detect each sit-up. That sensor stream stays on the device and is not sent to BigBeeFit.
Apple Health is write-only
SitUp only writes sit-up workouts to Apple Health (HealthKit); it does not read any Health data. Access is optional. You can change or revoke it in iOS Settings or the Health app. Samples already written remain in Health until you delete them there.
iCloud sync stays in your account
Subscribers can sync workout history across their own devices with iCloud (CloudKit). That data stays in the iCloud account signed into the device. BigBeeFit does not operate a workout-data server and cannot see your private CloudKit database.
Watch syncs via WatchConnectivity
Watch data syncs between Apple Watch and iPhone via WatchConnectivity directly between the devices — not through a BigBeeFit server. The Home Screen widget reads SitUp data via an on-device App Group.
Local daily reminders
Optional daily reminders are scheduled on your device. SitUp does not use a developer push server for these notifications.
Subscriptions are processed by Apple
Monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions are processed by Apple. We never receive your payment-card details, Apple ID password, or billing address. Apple manages the transaction, localized price, renewal, refunds under Apple policy, and purchase restoration.
No account, ads, tracking, or sale of data
SitUp has no account or login. It does not include ads, tracking, or third-party analytics SDKs. We do not sell personal data and do not track you across apps or websites.
Delete data or ask a question
Removing the app deletes SitUp data stored on that device. Health samples and iCloud copies follow Apple’s Health and iCloud controls. For privacy questions, email nine@bigbeefit.com.
