CounterUps uses Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). That agreement governs your license to use the app and is incorporated into these terms.
Read the Apple Standard EULACounterUps is a push-up counting, workout planning, progress tracking, and habit-support app for Apple devices. Features may include sensor or camera counting, workout plans, Apple Health integration, iCloud / CloudKit sync, Sign in with Apple, and social or challenge features. The app is provided as is and may change as features improve. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or professional fitness advice.
You are responsible for choosing exercises and intensity appropriate for you. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort, and consult a qualified healthcare professional if you have a health concern. Counting does not guarantee correct technique. Only record or photograph people with appropriate permission, and do not use the app in a way that creates a safety risk or invades another person's privacy.
CounterUps may offer subscriptions or other in-app purchases as shown in the App Store or purchase screen. The price, duration, renewal terms, and available features are shown before you confirm a purchase. Apple processes billing, payment, cancellation, refunds, and purchase restoration under its applicable policies. RevenueCat may be used to manage entitlement status. Manage subscriptions through your Apple account settings.
Sign in with Apple, iCloud / CloudKit sync, and social or challenge features are optional where offered. You are responsible for keeping your Apple account secure and for information you choose to share through a shared feature. Do not upload or share content that you do not have the right to use, or that is unlawful, harmful, or invasive of another person's privacy.
Use CounterUps for lawful personal purposes. Do not interfere with the app or its services, bypass purchase or access controls, abuse shared features, distribute unauthorized copies, or reverse engineer the app except where applicable law expressly permits.
CounterUps uses Apple services and service providers such as RevenueCat, PostHog, and Sentry. Their roles and the information they may process are described in the CounterUps Privacy Policy. By using features that depend on these services, you also agree to follow the applicable provider terms and policies.
