License agreement
CounterUps Plus uses Apple's Standard EULA rather than a custom App Store license agreement.
Adult self-restraint tool
CounterUps Plus is a personal self-restraint and workout tool for adults who choose to trade completed exercise for Screen Time allowances. It is provided as is and may change as features improve. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or addiction counseling.
Exercise safety
You are responsible for choosing moves and intensity appropriate for you. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort. CounterUps Plus does not provide medical advice. If you have an injury, medical condition, or health concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional before exercising.
You control Screen Time and the app
You may revoke Screen Time authorization in iOS Settings at any time, or uninstall CounterUps Plus. Doing either stops the app’s ability to redeem minutes on that device. We do not guarantee that using the app will reduce phone use.
Subscriptions and restore
Optional subscriptions and unlocks are billed by Apple StoreKit. Apple shows the localized price, processes payment, manages renewals and cancellations in Apple ID subscriptions, and handles restore and refund requests under applicable law and Apple policy.
Acceptable use
Use CounterUps Plus for lawful personal purposes. Do not interfere with the app, bypass purchase or Screen Time controls, distribute unauthorized copies, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as CounterUps Plus changes. The latest version will be published on this page. Questions can be sent to nine@bigbeefit.com.
