MiniRep Terms of Use

Last updated: July 16, 2026. Please read these terms before using MiniRep.

License agreement

MiniRep uses Apple's Standard EULA rather than a custom App Store license agreement.

Apple Standard EULA

MiniRep uses Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). That agreement governs your license to use the app and is incorporated into these terms.

Read the Apple Standard EULA

What MiniRep provides

MiniRep is a personal exercise logging and habit-support tool. The app is provided as is and may change as features are improved. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or professional fitness advice.

Exercise safety

You are responsible for choosing exercises and intensity appropriate for you. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort. If you have an injury, medical condition, or health concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional before exercising.

MiniRep Pro purchase

MiniRep may offer MiniRep Pro as a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase. It is not a subscription. Apple processes payment, provides the localized storefront price, manages restoration, and handles refund requests under applicable law and Apple policy.

Acceptable use

Use MiniRep for lawful personal purposes. Do not interfere with the app, bypass purchase controls, distribute unauthorized copies, or reverse engineer it except where applicable law expressly permits.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as MiniRep changes. The latest version will be published on this page. Questions can be sent to minirep.feedback@icloud.com.
